It was awesome! The cheese cake we baked in our cooking class was great, I hadn’t expected that professional taste. You’ll be surprised, this recipe is incredibly simple if you have a blender. All you need is to put all the ingredients in your blender and mix for about 30 seconds.
I tried to bake it by myself at home. I couldn’t help trying to do something new, and I replaced half amount of flour with soybeans powder. It was good once chilled, but somehow it has nattto flavor. Also the texture was not as smooth as the one that contains flour only. I guess it’s because of the difference of gluten ratio.
This is the recipe.
Ingredients:
200g cream cheese
200cc fresh cream
2 eggs
2 table spoons flour
60g sugar
2 table spoons lemon juice
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 170.
2. Mix all the ingredients by blender.
3. Pour the batter into a cake pan.
4. Bake it for 35-40 minutes.
