Chocolate Chip Cookies

ホウムメイドは本当においしい。

を実感するクッキー。

バターの少し焦げた味。
きび砂糖の滋味深い味。
チョコチップだけをたっぷり、は、たまらない。
くるみも、カレンズもコーンフレークも、いろいろ入れてざっくりの歯触りもまた、とてもおいしい。

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

130g all-purpose flour/soft flour

80g butter

60g brown sugar

20g granulated sugar

1 egg

140g chocolate chip

 

Directions

Preheat the oven to 180℃

Leave the butter at room temperature and let it softer. *

Add beaten eggs 2-3 times and whip well.

Add brown sugar and granulated sugar, mix well. **

Add shifted flour, chocolate chips.

Make 3cm-diameter balls with the dough.

Press each ball to shape as a circle. The diameter should be 5cm.

Arrange them on an oven sheet and place it on the oven shelf.

Bake them at 180℃for 8-10 minutes.

*Butter can be completely melted, it’s new to me!

**I use “cane sugar/light brown sugar (Kibi zato in Japanese)” only.
