糸かぼちゃを生まれて初めて調理しました。
茹でてから、水に入れてほぐすのね!
ほぐれるのよ!!
シャキシャキで、そうだ、ヤーコンにも似た食感。いや~びっくりしたなぁ。
ごま油+しょうゆ+砂糖+白すりごま+みじんぎり生姜の中華風
でおいしく頂きましたが
オリーブオイル+ニンニク少し+塩+好みのハーブのイタリアーン
も合うだろうなと思います。
Chinese Style Spaghetti Squash and Green Salad
Ingredients
500g spaghetti squash
4 slices of ham
3 bell peppers
Ingredients for its dressing
2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon ground sesame seed
3 tablespoon sesame oil
Directions
1. Slice the spaghetti squash into 5cm round pieces. Remove its seeds and boil for 10 minutes. (Place the squash in cold water. Heat the water until boiling. Let the water boil for 10 minutes and then turn off the heart.)
2. Fiberize the squash in cold water; put into a strainer to remove the water.
3. Slice the ham into 3cm long. Slice the bell peppers into half and slice into 3cm long strips. Sprinkle a dash of salt on the peppers and let sit for a few minutes. Remove any water.
4. Prepare the dressing by mixing the ingredients. Add the squash, bell peppers and ham, and serve. Oishii!
